The Grand Alliance of Order, also known as the "forces of Order" or simply Order, is the collective name for the deities, kingdoms, armies and organisations of the mortal races who seek to reclaim the Mortal Realms from Chaos and restore their civilisations to the glory they knew in the Age of Myth.

Purpose

ForcesofOrder

In the Age of Sigmar the forces of Order have reconstituted themselves once more to take the battle to the forces of Chaos and reclaim the Mortal Realms for peace and civilisation.

Morathi, when speaking to the Grand Conclave of Hammerhal to convince its members to act against Nagash, the god of death, during the Time of Tribulations, defined the purpose and meaning of Order better than any other inhabitant of the Mortal Realms.

She claimed to see the forces of Order as the champions of progress and civilisation, who in spite of their differences in physical form, culture and methods of war are united in their desire to live, to feast, to love and to grow old in the service of their chosen gods.

To Morathi, the pursuit of this definition of Order is what unites the races of men, aelves and duardin in the Mortal Realms.

Her words convinced the Grand Conclave to unite when needed to bolster their numbers and divide as necessity demanded, to conquer realmgates and give free access to them to their allies among the other forces of Order.

The ultimate goal of the forces of Order is to destroy and/or permanently contain their enemies among the forces of Chaos, Destruction and Death while spreading the civilisation and progress brought by Order throughout the Mortal Realms.
