Salamanders are beasts used by the Seraphon in combat. They appear in packs and are usually goaded to battle by their Skink handlers. Salamanders spit a caustic stream of fire at its prey and attacks with a corrosive bite.[1a] Vulcatrix was said to be the mother of Salamanders; as Magmadroths are also said to be her children, they may be closely related.[2]
